Abstract
Sustav procjene rizika služi kako bi poslodavac u bilo kojem trenutku imao uvid u stanje i razinu zaštite na radnim mjestima unutar poduzeća. U ovome radu diskutira se „Proces izrade procjene rizika“ te se isti osvrće na Zakonske akte propisane u Zakonu o zaštiti na radu (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14), te pravilima propisanim Pravilnikom o izradi procjene rizika (NN 112/2014) kojim je poslodavac po članku 18. zakona o Zaštiti na radu obavezan izraditi procjenu rizika. Risk assessment system is used by the employer so that he could have an insight and level of safety at work plane in a firm at any time. This paper discusses “The Process of risk assessment“ looks back at Legal acts signed in Law on safety at work (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14), and rules assigned by Rule book on making of risk assessment (NN 112/2014) that enforces the employer by article 18.
