Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je „Povratno inženjerstvo“. Obrada zadatka bavi se problematikom procesa povratnog inženjerstva te uporabom CAD/CAM sustava u cilju pojednostavljenja procesa i vremena programiranja, te same izrade. Za izradu rada odabran je CAD/CAM sustav tvrtke ZIRKONZAHN sa sjedištem u Gaisu, Južni Tirol koja se bavi proizvodnjom dentalnih CAD/CAM sustava za proizvodnju keramičkih krunica, inlaya, onlaya i ljuskica. Uvodni dio rada obuhvaća opis pojma povratnog inženjerstva i njegovu primjenu. U daljnjoj obradi prikazan je proces povratnog inženjerstva, djelovi procesa i integracija povratnog inženjerstva s naprednim tehnologijama. U nastavku je objašnjena primjena CAD/CAM sustava u dentalnoj medicini, te proces povratnog inženjerstva kroz primjer dentalnog CAD/CAM sustava tvrtke Zirkonzahn. Završni dio rada donosi zaključak o prednostima koje donosi CAD/CAM tehnologija u izradi zubnih nadomjestaka.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the thesis is reverse engineering. It deals with the very process of reverse engineering, with the use of CAD/CAM system for the purpose of simplifying the process and time of programming, as well as with the manufacturing itself. The case study has been conducted on the CAD/CAM system of the Zirkozahn company based in Gais, South Tyrol, which manufactures dental CAD/CAM systems for the production of ceramic dental crowns, inlays, onlays and shellacs. The first part of the thesis describes the notion of reverse engineering and its application. The following section treats the process of reverse engineering, the components of the process, and the integration of reverse engineering with high technologies. The application of CAD/CAM system in dental medicine is looked into next, as well as the process of reverse engineering on the example of dental CAD/CAM system of the Zirkozahn company. The final section offers conclusions concerning the advantages offered by the CAD/CAM technology in producing dental replacements.
