Abstract
Razvoj turizma 20. stoljeća snažno je obilježio kamping turizam koji je bio jedan od najsnažnijih čimbenika omasovljenja turističkih putovanja. Kamping turizam jedno je vrijeme smatran kao „siromašni“ turizam čime je zanemarena njegova dimenzija te sam značaj za turizam destinacija i država. Zanemareni su također postojanost i lojalnost kamping potražnje, kao i činjenica da je kampiranje u današnje vrijeme postalo jedan oblik životnog stila. Kampiranje je stil koji označava slobodu, uživanje u prirodi, druženje s ljudima, poštivanje jednostavnosti i neposrednosti, ali bez odricanja od svih uobičajenih civilizacijskih stečevina. Danas u Hrvatskoj imamo sve veću turističku ponudu i turističku potražnju za kamping turizmom. Zbog bogate i raznolike prirodne i kulturne baštine, Hrvatska je vrlo pogodna za ostvarenje kamping turizma koji je postao jedan od nositelja turističke ponude.
Abstract (english)
The tourism development of the 20th century was strongly marked by the camping tourism, which was one of the most powerful factors in the development of tourist travel. Camping tourism has been considered a "poor" tourism for a while, which has neglected its dimension and importance for tourism destinations and states. Also, neglected where the loyalty and loyalty of camping demands, as well as the fact that camping has become a form of lifestyle in modern times. Camping is a style that indicates freedom, enjoyment of nature, socializing with people, respect for simplicity and immediacy, but without renunciation of all common civilization acquisitions. Today in Croatia we have an increasing tourist offer and tourism demand for camping tourism. Due to the rich and diverse natural and cultural heritage, Croatia is very suitable for the realization of camping tourism which has become one of the providers of tourist offerings.
