Abstract
Ovim završnim radom opisan je postupak oblikovanja metala toplim deformiranjem odnosno kovanjem sa posebnim naglaskom na slobodnom kovanju. U općem dijelu ukratko je dan pregled podjele kovanja te je opisan sam postupak kovanja, alat koji se pritom koristi, kovačke vatre te mehanički strojevi koji se upotrebljavaju kod strojnog kovanja. Ukratko je opisano kovanje u ukovnjima. Nakon kovanja opisani su materijali koji se koriste u eksperimentalnom dijelu te postupci kojim će se ispitivati finalni proizvod ovog rada, a to je oštrica. U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedena je izrada „Bowie“ noža slobodnim kovanjem, nakon čega su izvršena laboratorijska mjerenja kovanog materijala i praktična testiranja oštrine sa raznim testovima. Shodno provedenom eksperimentalnom dijelu analizirani su dobiveni rezultati i na temelju čega je donesen zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This final paper described a method of forming metal by forging or hot deformation with emphasis on a free forging. In the general section briefly reviews the division of forging and described the procedure forging tools used for that purpose, forging fire and mechanical machines that are used in forging machine. In short, the forearm is described. After forging describes materials used in the experimental part, and procedures that will be examined by the final product of this work, and the blade. In the experimental part, a "Bowie" knife was made by free forging, followed by laboratory measurements of wound material and practical sharpening tests with various tests. According to the performed experimental part, the obtained results were analyzed and based on which the conclusion was made.
