Abstract
Završni rad se sastoji od teoretskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teoretskom dijelu opisani su cjevovodi, te vrste cijevi koje se koriste, kao i njihove dimenzije. Nadalje, razrađeni su glavni elektrolučni postupci koji se koriste za zavarivanje cjevovoda, a to su: REL postupak, TIG postupak i MIG/MAG postupak. Objašnjena je i priprema spoja za zavarivanje kod cijevi, vrsta žlijeba koja se koristi, te položaji i tehnike zavarivanja. Nadalje, navedene su vrste pogrešaka koje se pojavljuju kod zavarenih spojeva, zbog određenih propusta u osnovnom materijalu, odabiru krivih parametara, te neodgovarajuće tehnologije. Također, razrađene su vrste metoda kontrole bez razaranja, uz pomoć kojih se otkrivaju navedene pogreške. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisan je postupak izrade malog cijevnog sklopa u svrhu prikaza određenih kontrola kvalitete zavarenih spojeva, odnosno metoda bez razaranja, koje se primjenjuju pri ispitivanju zavarenih spojeva kod cjevovoda. Također, napravljeno je i ispitivanje na nepropusnost ili tlačna proba.
Abstract (english)
The thesis consists of a theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part describes the pipelines, used types of pipes and their dimensions. Furthermore, the main electrolux procedures used for welding the pipelines are elaborated: REL procedure, TIG procedure, and MIG / MAG procedure. The preparation of the pipe welding joint, the type of groove to be used, welding positions and techniques are also explained. Furthermore, the types of errors that occur in welded joints, due to certain faults in the base material, the selection of the wrong parameters, and inadequate technology, are listed. Also, a variety of non destructive control methods, used to help detect those errors, have been elaborated. In the experimental part of the thesis, a procedure of small pipe assembly is described for the purpose of displaying certain quality control of welded joints or non-destructive methods, which are used for the testing of welded joints in pipelines. Also, a leakproofness or pressure test has been made
