Abstract
Ovim završnim radom ispitan je utjecaj temperature na dubinu pougljičenja. Korišteni materijali su čelici za cementaciju C-15E, 16MnCr5 i 15CrNi13 kao pokazatelji utjecaja kemijskog sastava i legirnih elemenata na dubinu pougljičenja. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisani su čelici za cementaciju, termodifuzijski postupci obrade, proces toplinske obrade cementacije s naglaskom na pougljičenje. U eksperimentalnom djelu predstavljen je plan izvođenja pokusa, priprema radnih komada, tijek proces toplinske obrade pougljičenja, kaljenja i niskotemperaturnog popuštanja te izvođenje mehaničkih ispitivanja sa analizom dobivenih rezultata. Postignutom analizom izveden je zaključak kako temperatura utječe na dubinu pougljičenja.
Abstract (english)
This final paper examined the influence of temperature on the depth of carbonization. The material used is cementing steel C-15E, 16MnCr5, 15CrNi13 as an indicator of the influence of chemical composition and alloying elements on the depth of carbonization. In the theoretical part is given a overview of cementing steels, thermodiffusion processing procedures, the process of heat treatment of cementation with emphasis on carbonisation. In the experimental part, the plan of the experiment, preparation of the work pieces, the progresss of the process of heat treatment of carbonisation, tempering and low temperature yielding and the performance of mechanical tests with the analysis of the obtained results are presented. The archived analysis concluded that temperature affected on the depth of carbonization.
