Abstract
U radu su analizirani polimerni materijali, njihova mehanička svojstva te njihova prerada, konkretno ekstrudiranje. Završni rad, sastoji se od dva dijela: teorijskog i eksperimentalnog. U općem (teorijskom) djelu ukratko su opisani polimerni materijali, njihova mehanička svojstva te njihova prerada. U eksperimentalnom djelu opisan je konkretan materijal, polipropilen (PP), njegova mehanička svojstva, gotov proizvod koji se izrađuje ekstrudiranjem istog, tzv. TERMOSTOP, te cijeli proces proizvodnje od sirovca do gotovog proizvoda i njegova primjena.
Abstract (english)
The paper discusses the polymeric materials, their mechanical properties as well as the way they're being processed - concrete extrusion. Thus, the paper is also divided into two subsections: theoretical and experimental. In the theoretical section, the polymeric materials are introduced, followed by their mechanical properties and finally the way they're processed. In the experimental section, the concrete material, polypropylene, is introduced, followed by its mechanical properties, the final product that is the result of the polypropylene extrusion - thermos-top, and finally the production process of production from raw to a finished product, as well with its further application.
