Abstract
Rad počinje opisom povijesti stakla. Opis povijesti stakla seže od nastanka stakla kao materijala u prirodi, izrada prvih staklenih posuda, pa do nastanka prvih strojeva za proizvodnju staklene ambalaže. Nakon opisa povijesti stakla opisat će se dijelovi staklarskog alata i materijali od kojih se izrađuje alat za proizvodnju staklene ambalaže. U glavnom dijelu rada opisat će se proces izrade alata za proizvodnju staklene ambalaže grlo i prsten grla. Prvi dio odnosi se na konstrukciju alata i izradu programa, a drugi dio izrada alata u proizvodnji. U završnom dijelu opisat će se završna kontrola alata.
Abstract (english)
The work begins with a description of the history of glass. The description of the history of glass starts at the origin of glass as biomaterial, making of first glass pots, up to the making of the first machines for glass packaging production. In the next section, the parts of glassware and the materials used to make the tools for glass packaging production will be described. The main part is focused on the proces of designing a tool for manufacturing glass packaging ʺneckʺ and ʺneck ringʺ. The first part relates to the tool construction and program design, and the second part is focused on toolmaking in production. In the final section, the final tool control is described.
