Abstract
Zaštita na radu kao definicija je skup tehničkih, zdravstvenih, pravnih, psiholoških i drugih djelatnosti s pomoću kojih se otkrivaju i otklanjaju opasnosti što ugrožavaju život i zdravlje osoba na. Svrha zaštite na radu je stvarati sigurne radne uvjete kako bi se spriječile ozljede na radu, profesionalne bolesti te nezgode na radu. Kao najbitniji čimbenik zaštite na radu je oprema koja smanjuje mogućnost ozljede ili nezgode prilikom izlaganja opasnosti, a samim time povećava produktivnost djelatnika. U Hrvatskoj je za zaštitnu opremu i bio ustaljen pojam „HTZ oprema“1, kako se ta oprema zvala prema Jugoslavenskim normama. Sa približavanjem Europskoj Uniji, Republika Hrvatska je počela primjenjivati EUROPSKE DIREKTIVE ZA ZAŠTITU NA RADU, čime se naziv HTZ oprema mijenja u OZO2 ili oprema za zaštitu na radu. U ovom radu obradit ću temu „Zaštita pri uporabi građevinskih strojeva“ te ću pokušat objasniti sa kojim se sve opasnostima radnik može susresti na gradilištu, te koja mu je oprema nužna za sprečavanje opasnosti i profesionalnih bolesti, i koliko je zapravo zaštitna oprema bitna za očuvanje života i zdravlja građevinskih radnika na radnom mjestu.
Abstract (english)
Safety at work is consisted of technical, health, legal, psychological and other work fields which are used to detect and remove danger at work. The purpose of safety at work is creating safe work conditions in order to prevent injuries, occupational diseases and other accidents. The most important factor of this field is protective equipment which reduces accident probability in dangerous operations and furthermore increases productivity at work. In Croatia the term hygienic-technical protection was defined in order to fulfill Yugoslavian norms. While approaching European Union Croatia started to apply European directives on safety and health at work and therefore changed the term hygienic-technical protection to personal protective equipment. The topic „Protection in using construction machinery“ is examined and possible dangers at construction site and appropriate personal protective equipment needed for preventing danger and occupational diseases are explained.
