Abstract
MIG/MAG je elektrolučno zavarivanje taljivom elektrodom u zaštiti aktivnog ili inertnog plina. Postupak se primjenjuje na široki spektar materijala različitih debljina i vrsta. MIG/MAG postupak ima više načina prijenosa samoga metala. Prijenos kratkim spojem primjenjuje se kod zavara tanjih limova, pogodan je još i za zavarivanje korijena zavara kod debljih komada. Prijenos štrcajućim lukom primjenjuje se na gotovo sve materijale. Kod prijenosa metala mješovitim lukom javljaju se prijenos metala štrcajućim lukom i kratkim spojem u određenim intervalima. Prijenos pulsirajućim lukom primjenjuje se u svim položajima, te na širi raspon debljine određenog materijala. Za svaki od ovih prijenosa metala potrebni su određeni parametri. Kod MIG/MAG zavarivanja se javljaju zaštitni plinovi koji su bitni za zaštitu samog mjesta zavarivanja. Primjenom zaštitnih plinova i načinu prijenosa materijala, te debljinom materijala, vrsti koriste se i dodatni materijali debljine od 0.6 do 2.4 mm. Dodatni materijal može biti puni ili punjen praškom. Na sami zavar također utječu i ostali parametri. Da bi se izbjegle neželjene greške u samom zavarivanju i zavaru potrebno je odrediti točne parametre. Greške koje se javljaju prilikom zavarivanja su poroznost, naljepljivanje, štrcanje pukotine, te penetracija. Sve češća je primjena suvremenih MIG/MAG zavarivanja. Neka od suvremenih zavarivanja su tandem zavarivanje, te najučinkovitija primjena robota.
Abstract (english)
MIG / MAG is fusion electrode arc welding in the protection of active or inert gas. The procedure is applied to a wide range of materials of different thicknesses and types. The MIG / MAG process has several ways of transferring the metal itself. Short-circuit transmission is used for welding thinner sheets, it is also suitable for welding the roots of welds in thicker pieces. Spray arc transmission applies to almost all materials. In the case of metal transfer with a mixed arc, the transfer of metal by a splash arc and a short circuit occur at certain intervals. Pulsed arc transmission is applied in all positions, and to a wider range of thicknesses of a particular material. Certain parameters are required for each of these metal transfers. In MIG / MAG welding, shielding gases appear, which are important for the protection of the welding site itself. Additional material can be filled or filled with powder. The weld itself is also affected by other parameters. In order to avoid unwanted errors in welding and welding itself, it is necessary to determine the exact parameters. Errors that occur during welding are porosity, gluing, crack injection, and penetration. The use of modern MIG / MAG welding is becoming more common, welding, and the most efficient application of robots.
