Abstract
Zbog niske cijene, mogućnosti recikliranja i jednostavne prerade, polimerni materijali danas imaju vrlo široku primjenu u svakodnevnom životu ljudi te mogućnost recikliranja, odnosno ponovne upotrebe. Tema ovog završnog rada je Promjena svojstava polimernih materijala u odnosu na broj prerada. U prvom dijelu rada ukratko je opisana građa i vrste polimernih materijala te njihova svojstva. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada pristupilo se statičkom vlačnom pokusu na ispitnim uzorcima, epruvetama od PEHD (polietilen visoke gustoće) i PP (polipropilen) u laboratoriju Veleučilišta u Karlovcu te ispitivanju indeksa tečenja orginala i regenerata u tvornici DW Reusables, Vojnić. Nakon provedenog ispitivanja, napravljena je analiza vlačne čvrstoće i indeksa tečenja polaznih ispitnih uzoraka te uzoraka koji su prošli određeni broj prerada.
Abstract (english)
Today, polymeric materials have a very broad application in peoples everyday lives due to low cost, recyclability and easy processing methods.The topic of this final paper is about the change of polymeric material properties in relation to the number of treatments.The first part of the paper briefl describes the structure and types of polymeric materials and their properties. In the experimental part of the paper, a tensile strength test was preformed on test specimens, tubes of PEHD (high density polypropylene) and PP (polyproplene) in the laboratory of the Polytechnic of Karlovac and the testing of the melt flow rate in the factory DW Reusables, Vojnić.After the test had been carried out, an analysis of tensile strength and flow index of the initial test samples and samples, that had undergone a number of treatments, was performed.
