Abstract
Sigurnosni sustavi u vozilima služe prevenciji sudara i nesreća u prometu, kao i smanjenju ozbiljnosti njihovih posljedica. Dijele se na aktivne i pasivne sustave nesreća. Aktivni sustavi sigurnosti služe prevenciji sudara i nesreća pružajući upozorenja ili pomažući vozačima u skretanju i/ili kontroliranju vozila (senzori, radari, lidari, kamere). Pasivni sustavi sigurnosti služe smanjivanju opasnosti od šteta i ozljeda nanesenih vozaču, putnicima i pješacima. Korištenjem takvih sustava mogu se uvesti različite razine autonomne vožnje. Razinu sigurnosti nekog vozila možemo vidjeti preko izvješća Euro NCAP-a. Sva vozila moraju biti u skladu sa direktivama Europske unije.
Abstract (english)
Safety systems in vehicles are designed to prevent collisions and accidents in traffic, as well as to reduce the severity of their consequences. They are divided into active and passive systems. Active safety systems are designed to prevent collisions and accidents by providing warnings or assisting to the driver in turning and/or controlling of the vehicle (sensors, radars, lidars, cameras). Passive safety systems are designed to reduce the risk of damage and injury levels of driver, passengers and pedestrians. Using such systems, it could be possible to implement different levels of autonomous levels of driving. Safety level of a vehicle can be seen through Euro NCAP report. All vehicles must comply with European Union directives
