Abstract
Završni rad je sastavljen od teoretskog i praktičnog dijela. U teoretskom dijelu su pojašnjeni procesi nastanka korozije, vrste te metode zaštite od korozije koje se danas koriste. Nešto opširnije je objašnjena površinska zaštita bojama i lakovima, a detaljno proces vrućeg pocinčavanja (kroz proizvodni proces vrućeg pocinčavanja u poduzeća NFS Cink iz Dugog Sela) kao dvije metode koje se (uz galvansko cinčanje) najčešće koriste u proizvodnji čeličnih konstrukcija. U praktičnom dijelu su navedene greške koje se pojavljuju prilikom vrućeg pocinčavanja kao posljedica grešaka prilikom konstruiranja i proizvodnje čeličnih konstrukcija kao i metode njihovog izbjegavanja. Korištena su iskustva iz poduzeća NFS Cink, Dugo Selo (bivša pocinčavaonica poduzeća Dalekovod d.d.) i osobna iskustva iz proizvodnje čeličnih konstrukcija poduzeća Metaling d.o.o., Sisak.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis consists of a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part explains the corrosion processes, types and methods of corrosion protection used nowadays. Surface protection with paints and varnishes is explained in more detail as well as the process of hot-dip galvanizing (through the production process of hot-dip galvanizing in the companies NFS Zinc from Dugo Selo). These two methods are most often used (with galvanizing) in the production of steel structures. The experimental part lists the errors that occur during hot dip galvanizing as a consequence of errors in the design and manufacture of steel structures as well as methods of their avoidance. Experiences from the company NFS Cink, Dugo Selo (former galvanizing plant of the company Dalekovod d.d.) and personal experiences from the production of steel structures in the company Metaling d.o.o., Sisak were used.
