Abstract
Tema ovog rada je organizacija rada servisa. Prije samog prikaza servisa, u teorijskom dijelu opisana su plinska trošila, njihove komponente te način rada. Dan je općeniti prikaz plinskih bojlera s naglaskom na konstrukciju kombiniranih bojlera, rad atmosferskog i fasadnog uređaja te njihove osnovne dijelove. Također, opisan je sustav kondenzacijskih uređaja, zakonske odredbe te njihova konstrukcija. U praktičnom dijelu opisana je organizacija rada servisa na primjeru kondenzacijskog uređaja uz opisane sve tehnološke faze servisiranog uređaja. Dan je prikaz organizacije servisa tvrtke Plin-Mont koja je ovlaštena za Vaillant uređaje.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this research is the organization of service work. Before the presentation of the service work, the theoretical part describes the gas consumers, their components and mode of operation. A general overview of gas water heaters is given, with an emphasis on the construction of combined water heaters, the operation of atmospheric and facade devices and their basic parts. Also, the system of condensing devices, their construction and legal provisions are described. The Practical part describes the organization of service work on the example of a condensing device with the description of all technological phases of the serviced device. A presentation of the service is given on example of organization of Plin-Mont, which is authorized for Vaillant devices.
