Abstract
U ovom radu bazirali smo se na sam ISO sustav i njihovu normu ISO 45001:2018 koja daje smjernice za upravljanje zaštitom zdravlja i sigurnošću na radu unutar organizacije. Norma ISO 45001:2018 usmjerena je prema organizaciji, najvišem rukovodstvu, te prema svim drugim zaposlenicima, njihovoj uključenosti u procjene i zaključke, odnosno donošenje odluka. Samoj normi prethodila je OHSAS 18001 koju smo u ovom radu usporedili sa novom normom ISO 45001:2018. Glavna razlika između ove dvije norme je da nova norma zahtjeva procesni pristup upravljanju i usmjerena je na organizaciju, dok OHSAS 18001 je baziran na procedurama. Na kraju rada objasnili smo pojam revizije ISO normi i način njegove provede.
Abstract (english)
This paper was based on the ISO system itself and their ISO 45001: 2018 standard that provides guidelines for managing occupational health and safety within the organization. ISO 45001: 2018 is aimed at the organization, top management, and all other employees, their involvement in assessment sand conclusions, or decision making. The standard itself was preceded by OSAS 18001, which we compared in this paper with the new ISO 45001: 2018 standard. The main difference between the two standards is that the new standard requires a process approach to management and is organizational focused, while OHSAS 18001 is procedure based. At the end of the paper, we explained the concept of revision of ISO standards and how to implement it.
