Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je proračun mehanizma ručne dizalice za podizanje tereta do 2000 kilograma. U prvom djelu rada su opisani uvjeti podizanja tereta, te kinematika i dinamika podizanja tereta, kao i konstrukcijske izvedbe nekih najčešče korištenih dizalica danas. Mehanizam će biti izveden u dva stupnja redukcije u obliku paralelnih vratila. Upravljanje mehanizmom treba biti jednostavno i sigurno za operatera te sama konstrukcija treba biti što manjih dimenzija te relativno male mase. Koncept će biti razrađen u obliku 3D modela te će biti priložena tehnička dokumentacija nakon provedenih proračuna. K
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the mechanism of a hand operated chain hoist for loads of up to 2 tonnes. First part of the paper will describe the requirements for load lifting, kinematics and dynamics of load lifting as well as construction of some of the most commonly used hoists today. Mechanism will consist of parallel shafts and 2 stages of reduction.Operation of the hoist has to be simple and safe and the mechanism itself has to be light and small. Concept will be delivered in the form of a 3D model and the technical documentation will be attached once the necessary calculations are carried out.
