Abstract
Pod pojmom održavanja smatraju se sve aktivnosti koje se koriste da bi neki sustav bio u ispravnom stanju. Korištenjem raznih strategija i modela održavanja tvrtke odabiru vlastiti način održavanja svojih postrojenja. Cilj ovog rada je opisati načine održavanja, nabrojati strategije i prikazati princip održavanja CO₂ laserskih rezača u jednoj proizvodnoj tvrtki. U uvodnom dijelu rada definiran je pojam održavanja i značenje istog u industriji. Opisan je razvoj i podjela strategija održavanja, definirane su značajke, tehnologije održavanja kao i utjecaj informacijskih sustava. Opisana je tehnologija laserskog rezanja, te nabrojane i definirane osnovne komponente jednog CO₂ laserskog rezača. U posljednjem, praktičnom dijelu rada detaljno je popraćen godišnji servisni zahvat na laserskom rezaču. Posebna pozornost pridana je svakom koraku prilikom servisnog zahvata i tehničkoj dokumentaciji stroja sa preporučenim intervalima redovnog i preventivnog održavanja od strane proizvođača.
Abstract (english)
The term maintenance includes all activities used to keep a system in good condition. Using a variety of maintenance strategies and models, companies choose their own way of maintaining their facilities. The aim of this paper is to describe the methods of maintenance, enumerate strategies and present the principle of maintenance of CO₂ laser cutters in a manufacturing company. The introductory part of the paper defines the concept of maintenance and its meaning in industry. The development and division of maintenance strategies are described, features, maintenance technologies as well as the impact of information systems are defined. The technology of laser cutting is described, and the basic components of a CO₂ laser cutter are listed and defined. In the last, practical part, the annual service procedure on the laser cutter was followed in detail. Special attention is paid to each step during service and technical documentation of the machine with recommended intervals of regular and preventive maintenance by the manufacturer.
