Abstract
Kada govorimo o kemijskoj industriji osobna zaštitna sredstva vrlo su bitna za radnike kako bi ih zaštitili od mogućih ozljeda i opasnosti. U ovom radu obrađene su vrste osobnih zaštitnih sredstava, te različitosti materijala koji se koriste za izradu. Od zaštitnih sredstava opisuje se zaštita lica i očiju, zaštitu sluha, zaštitu šaka i ruku, zaštita dišnog sustava, zaštita tijela, te zaštita stopala i nogu. Kako bi se radnici u kemijskoj industriji zaštitili od mogućih rizika za njihovu sigurnost i zdravlje moraju koristiti zaštitnu sredstva koja također štite i ostale radnike od rizika.
Abstract (english)
When we talk about the chemical industry, personal protective equipment is very important for workers to protect them from possible injuries and dangers. This paper deals with the types of personal protective equipment and the diversity of materials used for production. Protective equipment describes face and eye protection, hearing protection, hand and arm protection, respiratory protection, body protection, and foot and leg protection. In order to protect workers from possible risks to their afety and health, they must use protective equipment that also protects other workers from risk.
