Abstract
U ovom završnom radu analizira se tema CNC alatnih strojeva i njihov značaj u poboljšanju kvantitete i kvalitete završnih proizvoda. U teoretskom dijelu rada, prikazan je povijesni razvoj CNC alatnih strojeva te opisana uloga sustava održavanja u tvrtki Omco Croatia. Eksperimentalni dio rada sastoji se od primjera prije i nakon zahvata održavanja na 5-osnoj CNC glodalici, pri čemu je pokazana opravdanost ulaganja u održavanje temeljeno na kontroli kvalitete dimenzija gotovog proizvoda. Ovaj dio rada prati foto dokumentacija koja prikazuje postupak održavanja
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes the topic of CNC machine tools and their importance in improving the quantity and quality of products. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the historical development of CNC machine tools and describes the role of the maintenance system in Omco Croatia company. The causes that led to general maintenance interventions are also described. The experimental part of the thesis consists of examples before and after maintenance interventions on a 5-axis CNC milling machine, demonstrating the justification of investing in maintenance based on the control of the finished product's dimensional quality. This part of the thesis is accompanied by photo documentation showing the maintenance process.
