Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad se bavi sveobuhvatnim pristupom projektiranju, analizi i ispitivanju hidrauličke pumpe kao ključne komponente industrijskih sustava. Rad se sastoji od 4 glavna koraka. Prvo je izabran model pumpe iz proizvodnog programa te proveden kontrolni proračun dimenzija pumpe temeljen prema postojećoj konstrukciji. Drugi korak je podrazumijevao proračun i izradu radioničkog nacrta pumpe uz pomoć CAD programa. U trećem koraku se pomoću inženjerskog programa za simulacije Ansys analizira potencijalna pukotina na određenim mjestima na vratilu. Četvrti, a ujedno i posljednji korak je ispitivanje pumpe na ispitnoj stanici kako bi se utvrdile značajke radijalne pumpe u stvarnim uvjetima.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis deals with a comprehensive approach to the design, analysis, and testing of a hydraulic pump as a key component of industrial systems. The thesis consists of four main steps. First, a pump model is selected from the product range then a preliminary calculation of pump dimensions is carried out based on the existing design. The second step involves the calculation and preparation of a shop drawing of the pump using CAD software. In the third step, potential cracks at specific locations on the shaft are analyzed using the engineering simulation software Ansys. The fourth and final step involves testing the pump at testing facility to determine the performance characteristics of the radial pump under real conditions.
