Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je način projektiranja pogonskog vratila pomoću programskog paketa Solidworks. Analizirat će se prethodna verzija pogonskog vratila, testirana do loma prouzrokovano povećanjem snage motora po pojedinim stupnjevima prijenosa. Novi prijenosni omjeri i njihove dimenzije proračunat će se u programskom paketu Hexagon ZAR1. Dobivene sile koje se javljaju u spregu zupčanika, povećat će se za udarni faktor K1 = 1,75 i kao takve primijeniti u metodi konačnih elemenata. Rezultati dobiveni analizom dat će smjernice za idejno rješenje novog programskog vratila. Idejno rješenje uz ostala ograničenja konstrukcije razvit će se višestrukim iteracijama u programskom paketu Solidworks do zadovoljavajućeg rezultata. Na temelju rezultata napravit će se tehnička dokumnetacija pogonskog vratila s integriranim zupčanicima.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis outlines the process of designing a drive shaft using the Solidworks software package. The study involves analyzing a previous version of the drive shaft, which was tested to failure due to increased motor power at various transmission ratios. The Hexagon ZAR1 software will be used to calculate new transmission ratios and their dimensions. The forces in the gear engagement will be increased by an impact factor K1 = 1.75 and applied in the finite element method. The analysis results will guide the conceptual design of a new drive shaft. Through multiple iterations in the Solidworks software, the conceptual design will be developed, considering various construction constraints, until satisfactory results are achieved. Based on these results, technical documentation for the drive shaft, including integrated gears, will be created.
