Abstract
Onečišćenje ulja glavni je krivac za 70% svih nepravilnosti u radu uljnih sustava. Ono uzrokuje oštećenja čija su posljedice smanjenje pouzdanosti rada sustava, povećana potrošnja energije, smanjeni životni vijek komponenata. Djelovanje nečistoće u sustavu predstavlja izvor novog onečišćenja, pa se tako ovaj problem s vremenom eksponencijalno povećava. Kako bi se spriječile posljedice, nužna je zaštita odgovarajućim sustavom kontrole i upravljanja onečišćenjem ulja. Razvoj tehnike omogućio je precizne metode analize ulja i kategorizacije onečišćenja, a brojna istraživanja ukazuju na važnost kvalitetnog održavanja ulja u tehničkim sustavima. Osim pouzdanosti i dugovječnosti sustava, ove aktivnosti značajno doprinose zaštiti čovjekove okoline i smanjenju troškova održavanja.
Abstract (english)
Contamination of oil causes 70% of all fault situations within oil systems. By damaging system components, it decreases the reliability of the system, increases energy consumption and shortens component's life expectancy. Contamination particles generate new particles over time, which exponentially increases the problem. In order to prevent consequences, it is necessary to establish effective oil purity control. With new technologies enabling precise oil analysis and detailed classification of oil contamination, it is now confirmed that clean and well maintained oil is crucial the proper functioning of hydraulic systems. Besides technical benefits, oil purification makes a great contribution to the environment protection and reducing maintenance costs.
