Abstract
U radu se opisuje izrada drvenog praga, te ukazuje na moguće posljedice i opasnosti u tehnološkom procesu proizvodnje drvenih impregniranih pragova. Rad sadrži tehnološki proces prizvodnje drvenih impregniranih pragova koji započinje drvnim sortimentom u neobrađenom stanju, gdje se u većini slučajeva koristi kao poluproizvod nad kojim se treba izvšiti određeni tehnološki proces kako bi se dobio gotov proizvod. Time se određene tehnološke operacije, poput istovara i transporta, piljenja, skladištenja, sušenja, blanjanja te impregniranja potrebne za dobivanje gotovog finalnog proizvoda. U radu je opisana procjena rizika za radno mjesto rukovatelja viličarem u pilani te procjena rizika za pomoćnog radnika u preradi i obradi drveta gdje su procjenom opasnosti utvrđeni mogući rizici i vrste opasnosti koji prijete na radnome mjestu. Rad je sastavljen po točnome redosljedu i postupanju tehnološkog procesa, kao i po redosljedu mogućih opasnosti i mjerama zaštite koje se provode u procesu.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the development of the wooden ceiling, and points to the possible consequences and dangers in the production of impregnated wooden sleepers. The work includes technology the production process wooden impregnated sleepers starting timber assortments in the raw state, where in most cases, used as an intermediate of which is to be reimbursed later determined technological process to obtain the finished product. This particular technological operations, such as unloading and transport, cutting, storage, drying, planing and impregnation necessary to obtain the finished end product. The paper describes the risk assessment for the workplace forklift operator at the mill, and risk assessment for auxiliary workers in the processing and wood where the risk assessment identified potential risks and types of hazards that threaten the workplace. The work was composed at just the right order and conduct of the technological process, as well as the order of the potential hazards and safety measures to be implemented in the process.
