Abstract
U ovome radu predstavljen je golemi potencijal koje bespilotne letjelice pruţaju u izvršavanju velikog broja čovjeku korisnih i potencijalno opasnih zadataka, i to mnogo učinkovitije i sigurnije. Opisana je i tehnologija sustava bespilotnih letjelica, te njihov globalni značaj ali i mnogi rizici koje one predstavljaju za ţivot i zdravlje ljudi te za njihovu imovinu. Navedena su i neka od niza propisa koja uvode mnoge drţave čitavoga svijeta pa tako i Republika Hrvatska kako bi se svi rizici... More povezani sa upotrebom bespilotnih letjelica sveli na najmanju moguću mjeru. Less
Abstract (english)
This final paper presents an enormous potential that unmanned aircraft vehicles provide in the execution of a large number of man useful and potentially dangerous tasks, much more efficient and safer. This paper also describes the systems and technology of unmanned aircraft vehicles, their global importance, but also many risks that they potentialy represent to human life and health, and their property. This work also contains some of the set of rules that are introducing many countries... More around the world, including the Republic of Croatia. The main purpose of this rules is to reduce all the risks associated with the use of unmanned aircraft vehicles to the lowest possible level. Less
