Abstract
Sustav procjene rizika služi kako bi poslodavac u bilo kojem trenutku imao uvid u stanje i razinu zaštite na radnim mjestima unutar poduzeća. U ovome radu diskutira se „Proces izrade procjene rizika“ te se isti osvrće na Zakonske akte propisane u Zakonu o zaštiti na radu (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14), te pravilima propisanim Pravilnikom o izradi procjene rizika (NN 112/2014) kojim je poslodavac po članku 18. zakona o Zaštiti na radu obavezan izraditi procjenu rizika. U ovome radu prikazani su pokazatelji i stanja te analize koje su provedene u svrhu izrade procjene rizika u HŽ Infrastrukturi. Ovaj rad se temelji na podacima dobivenim iz procjene rizika HŽ-Infrastrukture napravljene za regionalnu jedinicu centar.
Abstract (english)
Risk assessment system is used by the employer so that he could have an insight and level of safety at work plane in a firm at any time. This paper discusses “The Process of risk assessment“ looks back at Legal acts signed in Law on safety at work (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14), and rules assigned by Rule book on making of risk assessment (NN 112/2014) that enforces the employer by article 18. Law on Safety at work to make a risk assessment. The indicators and analysis that were made on risk assessment in HŽ infrastructure are put forward in this paper. This paper is based on data gathered from risk assessment HŽ infrastructure made for regional unit of the centar.
