Abstract
Linearni pogonski sustavi gibanja relativno su nova tehnologija koja je zastupljena u apsolutno svim sektorima industrije, bez koje se danas ne može zamisliti gibanje modernih strojeva i uređaja kao što su CNC strojevi, roboti, industrijski ventili u procesnoj industriji, strojevi za mjerenje itd. Najčešće, linearni sustavi preciznog pozicioniranja koriste elektromehaničke linearne aktuatore koji se sastoje od pogonskog motora i mehaničkih elemenata za pretvorbu rotacijskog u translacijsko gibanje. Kao pogonski motori najčešće se koriste servo motori, međutim od ranih 1960-ih godina kada su koračni motori razvijeni, počeli su se sve više primjenjivati kao jeftina alternativa pogonskog motora u sustavima preciznog upravljanja. U ovom projektnom zadatku pokušati će se dočarati na koji način se koračni motor može upotrjebiti u kombinaciji sa vrlo preciznim mehaničkim pretvornikom gibanja, odnosno kugličnim vretenom, kako bi se ostvario sustav preciznog upravljanja, odnosno pozicioniranja. Na taj način, omogućit će se objašnjenje drugim studentima što se krije iza osnovnog principa gibanja modernih strojeva i pametnih sustava.
Abstract (english)
Linear motion systems are relatively new technology which is used in absolutely all industrial sectors, without which you can not imagine motion of any modern machines and devices such as CNC machines, robots, industrial valves in process industry, machines for measurements etc. The most often linear motion systems for precise positioning are using electromechanical actuators, which consist of drive motor and mechanical elements for converting rotational motion into the linear one. The most often type of drive in linear motion system is servo drive, but from early 1960's when stepper motors were developed, they started to apply for low cost solution in precise motion control. The goal of this project is to demonstrate in which way can be stepper motor used in combination with precise mechanical motion converter, ballscrew, to achieve low cost system of precise positioning control. That could enable explanation to the other students what is hidden behind fundamental principles of motion in today's modern machines and smart systems.
