Ship ballast water is one of the most important vectors of transmission of non-domicile species in the sea. Entering types of ballast water in coastal waters caused significant negative consequences for biodiversity, economy and human health. Today it is necessary to provide a mechanism to control entry types. This paper describes part of the knowledge, and proposes guidelines for the management of ships' ballast water to minimize the transfer of non domicile species. Entering plant and animal organisms in the new habitat, a natural phenomenon that has had an effect on the spatial distribution and speciation of species. The large majority of non-domicile species disperses anthropogenic intentionally for the purpose of improving the quality of human life, or accidentally. To understand the ecology of input types it is necessary to know the frequency and methods of transfer or movement of organisms, features that enable them to successfully settle in a new area and features of ecosystems that make it susceptible or resistant to entries. Over the last two decades, ship ballast water is the most important mode of transmission of non-domicile organisms in aquatic ecosystems, and increase in size, number and speed cargo ships, and significant eutrophication of coastal waters contribute to the successful entry.
