Sažetak (engleski) | This paper describes constantly circulating water in nature which is necessary for many purposes, such as: for drinking, sanitation purposes, agriculture, industry, urban development, etc. Due to drastic population, industrial production, and traffic growth, the number of clean rivers and the volume of drinking freshwater are decreasing. Many parts of the world face drinking water shortage, gradual destruction, and increased pollution of freshwater sources. The pollution of water, seas, lakes, and rivers, which are very significant in our lives, represents the oldest and the most extensive form of pollution of the human environment.
