Abstract
U radu je opisan postupak izrade prototipa šesteronožnog hodajućeg robota, od problematike koja se javlja kod konstruiranja, pa sve do same izrade na 3D printeru. Mehanizam lokomocije robota bit će konstruiran u programskom paketu SolidWorks. Nakon montaže dijelova i kinematičke analize, pristupit će se pripremi za izradu dijelova aditivnom tehnologijom. Koristit će se sve popularniji FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) postupak budući da za njega postoje materijalni resursi u vidu Prusa i3 MK2 printera te je moguć razvoj prototipa robota u kratkom vremenu. Dijelovi robota bit će izrađeni iz PLA (Polylactic Acid) materijala.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes procedure of producing a hexapod, from designing problems to producing it on 3D printer. Locomotion mechanism for hexapod will be designed in SolidWorks. After the assembly and kinematics analysis, next step will be preporation for production with additive technology. FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology will be used, because there are material resources in case of Prusa i3 MK2 printer and it is possible to produce and develop prototype hexapod in short time. Hexapod parts will be produced out of PLA (Polylactic Acid).
