Abstract
U završnom radu je istraženo područje primjene hexapoda. Prvi dio odnosi se na upoznavanje sa hexapod mehanizmom ili Stewartovom platformom, povijesti te područje primjene. Opisane se prednosti paralelnih mehanizama nad serijskim. Definirana je struktura, konfiguracije i glavni dijelovi mehanizma. Proučena je geometrija i kinematika hexapoda te dinamički model. Na kraju prvog dijela opisan je način upravljanja hexapodom i programska implementacija. U drugom dijelu rada za izradu 3D modela korišten je i razrađen postupak izrade modela u programskom paketu CATIA V5 i njegov modul za 3D modeliranje Part Design, kao i modul za izradu skica Sketch te je opisan postupak sastavljanja sklopa u Assembly Design modulu. Nakon izrađenog modela koji je spremljen u stp. datoteku i importiran u programski paket ANSYS, izrađena je FEA analiza sklopa hexapoda.
Abstract (english)
In this degree essay, the scope of the hexapod has been investigated. The first part refers to getting familiar with the hexapod mechanism or Stewart platform, history and scope. The advantages of parallel mechanisms over serial are described. The structure, configuration and main parts of the mechanism are defined. The hexapod geometry and kinematics and the dynamic model were studied. At the end of the first part, the hexapod control and program implementation are described. In the second part of the essay, the elaboration process of the 3D model in the CATIA V5 software package and its 3D modeling Part Design module as well as Sketch module were used and elaborated. The procedure for assembling the hexapod in the Assembly Design module is described. After the created model was saved in stp. file and imported into the ANSYS software package, a FEA hexapod assembly analysis was developed.
